Beginners' Ultimate Guide to Feng Shui & Monthly Classes
Can Feng Shui help alleviate your sadness and depression?
Feng Shui has always taught that clutter and grime drain our Chí (vital energy) and can cause or intensify depression.
Modern research agrees with the ancients: "There’s A Link Between Too Much Clutter And Depression"
Three Energy Vampires you can slay right now
Unopened Mail Vampires remind you of decisions not made. And you probably worry something important is hiding in the stack. Slay Mail Vampires by going on a treasure hunt to locate bills, checks, personal correspondence and legal notices. Toss the rest in a container as Unimportant. From today forward, check for the gold and dump the rest into the Unimportant container. Then ask: how long will you let the Unimportant weigh down your life?
Dirty-Fixture Vampires can impact your well-being more than you realize. Spritz Windex or other cleaner on fixtures and door knobs and remove the grime. The sparkle should lift your spirits immediately. Small things make a big difference and this is an easy way to get an energy boost.
A kitchen full of Dirty-Dish Vampires would bring anyone down. Do this if you can barely stand to face the mess. Wash one or two dishes or put them into the dishwasher. Alternatively, do as much as you can in a minute (or 5 minutes). Leave the room if you need to. Next time you're there, repeat. Little victories give you the energy to go further and get done.
